"We stayed at the Holiday Inn and Express in Jacksonville Texas on August 25 2026. Upon arrival the hotel looked nice and clean on the outside. Upon checking in the desk clerk was friendly greeted with a smile and check-in was within minutes. She told me where our room was and said we could park to the side of the building enter in at the side door and our room would be really close. The room was very clean smelled good not like some we have stayed in at other places the tv worked that was a plus. The shower was amazing with water pressure and hot water. I loved that there was shampoo body wash hand soap in the shower and by the sink. The only think that I noticed was the bathroom door didnโt fully close. It was only my husband and I so it was ok. We werenโt able to really check out breakfast I was on a liquid fast and couldnโt sample but next time we will. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely look forward to visiting next time."
