This would have been a two star review, but Jackson's incredible service by the poolside adds an extra star. The room did not have hot water, the room phone didn't work, we couldn't get in contact with the front desk when it mattered most, the Wifi in the room was non-existent and, in fact, this was the worst Wifi I have experienced at any location across Costa Rica (I have lived in the country for the last 9 months and frequent many different resorts on the weekends). The ability to communicate with the resort is a big problem! The room refrigerator was freezer temperature so we couldn't use it for drinks as we intended. The property is clean and feels new, but you will experience many inconveniences (which are not shown in photos) that add up to a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this is not worth your money!
