Nunca logre llegar al hotel, mi vehiculo se daño durante el viaje quedandome en carretera 27 todo el dia hasta que llegara el servicio de grua. Mientras esperaba le solicite al hotel un cambio de reservacion o reembolso el cual se negaron a ayudar segun ellos el reembolso lo solicite después de lo requerido y el cambió de fechas no me ofrecieron ninguno lo cual causo una perdida total del direno, pesimo servicio al cliente y una malas vacaciones con mi pareja embarazada de mi hijita. Mis vacaciones se vieron arruinadas por completo y una perdida completa de tiempo y dinero. El hoten bien pudo cambiar mis fechas a unas mas accesibles para yo poder disfrutar del hotel de igual forma pero se negaron. Pesimo servicio que iba a ser undel.tiempo

The room was clean, very standard for this beautiful country! We got upgraded in rooms to a poolside room and we loved the view/ view of the beach as well! Jason at the front desk was very nice and informed us of all details of the hotel! We did come during the rainy season so it rained quite a bit but it was super pretty and breakfast was yummy! Everything was great!

The hotel has a perfect size to provide a private feeling. Relaxing on the beach and at the pool was wonderful. We stayed just 2 nights and were unlucky, having big waves in the sea so that swimming in the sea was not possible. But the pool was so warm an nice that this was not a big disadvantage. The breakfast was served as a choice of different possibilities and perfectly prepared. The staff was very friendly.

Perfect location

A lovely first night in Costa Rica. The hotel is literally on the beach front. The sound of the waves crashing was nice and it was like I was in my own personal sleep sounds app. I stayed in the best room - 201. Upstairs, facing the beach. 2 balconies. Room is bare, but has coffee machine and a bed, and that’s all I needed! Dinner was nice, as was the breakfast. The beach is ace. I stayed here just for the black sand.

We liked our room, it was spacious, had a fridge and comfy beds. The pool was clean amd relaxing with warm water. Not crowded. The beach is beautiful but waves were really strong...definitely not for swimming with kids. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was not the buffet but overall filling. Birds as anywhere in Costa Rica were entertaining... especially a flock of macaws in a jungle area across the small street. I would return here again.
