My husband and I came to NYC for a concert and found the hotel clean and modern. We liked the cafe down stairs for quick bites and drinks. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were all kind!
The only downsides were the shower not getting hot, just warm. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and one on the bed but just one strand so we did not call down about it. We did not report the water temp because it wasn't simply cold.
I'd recommend for a quick trip and if you want to be close to Times Square. I think we try another RIU property but maybe not a repeat visit here (mainly too congested for our plans).
