我第一次到達酒店後出示左預訂的電郵比酒店後。工作人員話冇我嘅預定記錄!!之後叫我離開話今晚冇房!叫我去另一間酒店!!然後我致電hotels.com熱線電話說出經過。hotels.com人員幫我致電酒店解決事情。 第二次到達酒店時，酒店工作人員話搵到我嘅預訂記錄但因為酒店房間爆滿所以佢會安排我去另一間酒店。 另一間酒店冇熱水!!!!極度污穢!!!!訂酒店時話有洗頭水毛巾,wifi等等全部都冇!!!!!垃圾酒店!!!! 如果你想要呢一啲體驗!!!! 歡迎你預訂!!!!
