We stayed there for 3 nights and the whole time the service was impeccable. The staff remembered our names and preferred morning beverage and would go out of the way to indulge our desires such as trying a new dish out or asking for a curio shop.

This hotel is located in a residential area. The entrance is unimpressive, but inside, it can rival any 4 star hotel. It is impecably clean! The hotel is a heritage building so it is full of character. It is beautifully done up! the areas for improvement are the towels and beddings. If these can be upgraded to international standards, it would be excellent. Bathroom fittings are hansgrohe!
