"Amazing stay at this property, fantastic service, clean rooms and good food which will be more like homemade food ( which we liked) and not like a restaurant style. Breakfast and dinner can be included in your stay which I recommend as this property is located a bit remote around 45 minutes from Jaisalmer. "Overall, property is decent. However, could use some TLC. Lots of bugs in the room. Do not give drinking water daily. The head shower didn’t work in my room. The staff is super nice and tries to help where they can. The menu is essentially the same every day. We stayed for 3 days and ate same things. They should switch some things up. Also, the entertainment conflicts with dinner time. They should also not encourage drinking at the evening show. We paid a lot of money to experience the culture...

"Had a culturally enriching experience at this camp. The staff were very attentive and entertainment includes- camel safari, jeep safari, dance and music ( traditional Rajasthani folk music and dance), scrumptious appetizers for high tea and a good number of options for dinner. "The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

"Rang Mahal, Jaisalmer – Wonderful Stay Experience (5★) This was my second visit to Jaisalmer, and I stayed at Rang Mahal from 26th December to 31st December (3 nights). Once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful. Everything about the property was perfect and well maintained. The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable The food was amazing, with great variety and taste The dinner setup with traditional Rajasthani folk singing was truly the icing on the cake and made the evenings very memorable The staff deserves special appreciation — extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to take care of any concern with a smile. Their hospitality really makes you feel welcomed and valued. I happily give 5-star ratings for everything — stay, food, service, and overall experience. "Desert Dream Royal Camp experience was amazing. With additional cost take their adventures… it’s amazing!!! We WhatsApp earlier to confirm a room heater… which they provided on top of double blankets… food and cultural programs were very nice!!! Will highly recommend this place for one/two nights stay rather than staying in Jaisalmer downtown!!!! Very nice people… very trustworthy!!!"

"It was simply an A+ experience. From the time we checked in to the time we checked-out of the hotel. The hotel staff was courteous and prompt. Cleanliness of the property is outstanding. We were there for Christmas eve and so there were a lot of enjoyable activities planned for the guests. Even the royal family (who lives in the private parts of the property) joined in the festivities. We rented the heritage rooms where we got the feel of living as royals in a haveli. I would highly recommend those rooms. The rooms were amazing, well furnished and full of required amenities. Lastly, all key attractions are walkable from this place. "
