Awful bathroom smell

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner options. What I disliked about this stay was the awful smell that spewed out of the bathroom. I complained about it, but it did not resolve the awful smell out of room #13

Un lugar fuera de serie!

Extraordinaria experiencia! TODO el personal se esforzó por hacernos la estancia más placentera. El restaurante está sencillamente a otro nivel! Vale la pena viajar hasta allá para degustar esos platillos. Bien por las personas que manejan el sitio!

La habitación es muy amplia y limpia. Tiene aire acondicionado e internet muy estable. Los unicos inconvenientes son la alberca que está en otra cuadra y la puerta del baño que no tiene privacidad.

Construcción antigua, remodelada con buen gusto. Se encuentra en el centro de Jala. Su personal es muy atento, tienen un spa con buen servicio de masajes. Tomamos una excursión al volcán Ceboruco y el guía es un joven muy agradable y con mucho conocimiento
