Hotels with Gyms in Jamaica

The staff at reception are friendly and helpful in all aspects during all my interactions with them. They mentioned my Marriott bonvoy membership which I had forgotten, provided detailed information on dining and airport shuttle services. Welcome relief after a 19 hour flight! Breakfast staff were less friendly though

The a/c is super noisy. I woke up that night once in a while when it automatically turned on. The fire detector has a flashlight which turns on every 20-30 Seconds. Room is clean and well maintained. Shuttle service was good. After our call (see website) it took about 15 minutes. All airport hotels are not worth the money. You just pay for the convenience. But at least no extra costs for taxi.

Staff was helpful, friendly and seemed genuinely happy with their job!! Diane was very nice, a great asset to your staff! Welcoming everyone coming into the lobby etc!! Was very helpful to me while I was waiting for pizza delivery!

Nice and clean. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Gave clear pre arrival instructions with regards to shuttle from JFK. About 10min ride away. Room good size, clean and modern. A bit of construction noise from outside at night.

Good value for money. Room was big.

There was a turntable & vinyl records in the room! Such a nostalgia. It was really spacious for my family of four, the king bed in the room was super comfortable and the deco was very tasteful. The staff at check-in/check-out are awesome too!

My 5th stay at the Jewel and I'll be back. The rooms are not huge but this is NYC and they are clean and functional. Good bathroom space, helpful staff and above all, fantastic location just outside the hustle of times square but close to the subway.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of New York. The interior was modern with a comfortable bed. The view into NYC streets from the corner room was exciting and we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The hotel is in close proximity to the subway stations making exploring the city an ease. Central Park is also in easy walking distance. :)

It’s my second time staying at Kixby. Everything is great and I will definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean, and the staff were excellent.
