"Sue, was the hotel manager. My family and I were playing games in the cafeteria area. She brought us a basket of goodies because she wanted us to keep having fun. It was special to us because she took the time to put the basket together. We're moving my son to Jamestown University in August. I want to stay at your hotel again."
