"Room had a clogged shower drain.
Got told on my way to hotel hot tub and pool was open and they were for the two days I was there. Staff can hardly understand English. There nice but can hardly stand English and when you ask them a question they walk away."
"I purposely paid more and booked this hotel because Jamestown always has a reputation of dirty hotels and we've always had the best luck at the Fairfield. Unfortunately, it was filthy and nothing was clean besides a quick wipe in the bathroom and clean bedding. I felt uncomfortable the whole weekend and was anxious to get home. The pool is so chlorinated that it had our eyes and noses burning and our kids were coughing each night after swimming. Very disappointed this time. :( "
