"I live in Philly and planned on staying here for one night after attending a wedding nearby in Bala Cynwyd. The property is outdated and garishly designed. You can tell they've attempted to upgrade over the years by just adding a hodgepodge of wall and ceiling accents/lights, and a dozen different paint colors. The maids were using old shopping carts to carry linens and cleaning equipment. There were two types of old linoleum flooring in the room that my sneakers were sticking to as soon as I walked in. The lights were bright white and one of them buzzed loudly which was off-putting and I turned it off right away. There was an overwhelming smell of a cheap air freshener that gave me a headache. I got back to the hotel at 12:30am and immediately grabbed my overnight bag and turned in my key at the front desk as I was not comfortable staying the night at all. The front desk attendant didn't even bother pausing his personal phone call or ask why I was leaving in the middle of the night. Wasted $161 on a hotel room that I didn't even sleep in because it was so uncomfortable, and is absolutely not worth the price they're charging. Plus, I had to pay for a Lyft in the middle of the night to drive me the 30 mins home. Overall, waste of time and money and would never recommend staying here to anyone."

"Room was big, bed and pillows were comfortable. I wasn't thrilled with the smell of the towels....they had that smell like when they've been left in the washer too long before they were dried. Also, the drain in our bathroom was clogged a bit, so it drained really slowly and made gurgling noises. Other than that, everything was very good. They do a nice breakfast with great variety. Good coffee, and lots of non-dairy options, as well as providing gluten-free muffins which I've never seen at a hotel breakfast before. Overall, a nice hotel stay."

"Rooms are well dated. Bathroom showing mold and wear above shower Rm 514. Carpet needs repair. Desk chair dirty and dresser dirty. Behind bed and dresser dirty and not kept."
