"We had a great stay at the LionsDive Beach Resort. The resort had everything we needed and the beach was pristine and calm. Sun was out every day and temperature was always between 80 and 85. Our hotel room view of the ocean was like artwork. Where we stayed was walkably accessible to local restaurants and shops. As this was on the southeastern side of the island, we decided to rent a car which I don't think is required for your stay. With that said, driving around the island turned out to be easy and Punda, the main town with all the shops, Queen Emma Bridge, and pastel houses, was very easy to get to. Great restaurants there too. As for excursions, rather than doing the obvious, we instead went to the Aloe and Ostrich farms which we thoroughly enjoyed. Bottom line, at least for us, was that we came home relaxed, recharged, and happy. Would highly recommend this resort and this island!"

"Our villa was everything we needed, it great condition, clean and had mostly everything we needed. We loved the location and the staff tried to accommodate us every time we had a need. To note, we started in a street side room and it was way too noisy but we were moved and it was a perfect stay. Also note the rooms are cleaned every third day and towels can only be exchanged the next day not multiple times per day. Neither were a big deal for us."

"This was our second visit to the property and we still love it. Great views, lots of food options and you really don’t need to ever leave because there’s always something to do there. "

"Room was very clean and the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The unit was spacious with a beautiful veranda and a hammock. Resort is very quiet which is nice especially at night (after midnight). However note that a few days a week they have live music and DJs at the beach club until 12am so the noise does travel (not an issue for us but some might find it a bit loud). The room could use a bit more light as it was very dim. Things to note: -They provide Shampoo/Conditioner (bring your own body wash). -They provide hair dryer - You can get free bus tickets from front desk to get the bus into Willemstad. - They have free laundry facilities (3 washers and 1 dryer). I could only get 1 washer working but it did the job. Dryer wasn't working. - You can buy dishwasher tabs and laundry soap from front desk or bring your own. - Bring a converter if you are using North American chargers as these are different (2 prong circle) Very close proximity to Kokos/Zanzibar beaches (5 min walk). Grocery store is also within walking distance about 10min... it is quite pricey so if you can drive to find a local supermarket it might be cheaper. Renting a car to see the island is a must. We rented from Ruseler (right beside the supermarket). Nice service."

"I loved this 10-day stay at Moreno ecoResort. It's lovely and quiet, friendly and helpful staff, beautifully landscaped. Four great pools, walking paths and a nice mixture of apartments and villas. The meal plan was reasonably priced and the food was excellent, with plenty of options. If you want a relaxed authentic place to stay in Curaçao, Morena is it."
