"Una experiencia muy reconfortante.
Personal muy amable y dispuesto, instalaciones impecables, nuestra expectativa fue superada por mucho.
Mención especial a la comida, espectacular, tanto en en el restaurante LaFRida (cocina de autor) chef Anaisa Guevara, con su experiencia , calidad y originalidad sin duda supera cocinas de algunos importantes restaurantes, que cuentan con estrella Michelin.
Desayuno en Casa Bistro (restaurant mas informal) pero también una muy grata experiencia.
Aun sin hospedarse en el hotel, LaFRida deberá ser una parada obligada en San Miguel, felicitaciones sinceras a ella y a Carlos Arriaga Director de alimentos y bebidas.
Habitación muy cómoda y con muchos detalles.
El Spa, sensacional, personal muy profesional, gran momento.
Decoración e instalaciones también con excelente gusto, elegante, cómodo con evocación a la cultura y arte del Lugar.
Un lugar para volver, gracias por el esmero de hacer una estadía memorable.

"Yes, the rooms were clean. Some of the staff members were friendly, a couple were not. I was charged $23 more than what was quoted by Expedia. Their reason was the exchange rate had changed since I made the reservation.
The breakfast buffet is limited and was the same for the 3 days we were there.
Great place to stay, but be prepare to use taxis, Uber and private drivers."
