The manager Jackie made our stay comfortable, she was very accomadating and took the time to make sure we had what we needed as well as helping us with options to make plans in the area. She's a sweet soul, thankful she was there!

Stay in Jasper

Hotel was nice and seemed new. Great location in town right along the river and next to the Riverwalk and historic mill. Near brewery and restaurants. Only downside to our room was it felt very humid even though the AC was running. The room felt cool and damp.

Girls Getaway Weekend

Everything was so clean! Very comfortable beds! It was a very enjoyable stay! The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. Chelsea was my hero when she helped me check in without a credit card! They went above and beyond to make sure we had connecting rooms. We all would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was extremely rude…especially when they saw that I booked through a ‘third party’…it was something they kept saying over & over. Every time we would ask for pillows or a roll away bed…or towels…they would say they didn’t have any & because we ‘booked through a third company’ it would be hard to get those things. The hotel was beautiful & the surroundings were so pretty!

Not up to Marriott Standards.

Well for starters there was no room service. No clean sheets, towels or anything else. This is a Marriott property no a fricken microtel! It just wasn’t up a Marriott standard. The franchise is cutting corners and needs to step it up or change the franchise to a Motel 6. Very disappointing! Won’t stay there again. Go right across the street and stay at the Hampton Inn.

Pros: Wonderful staff. Beautiful area and view from room. Main beds were comfy. Bathroom was nice. Clean. Small, but nice pool. Nice, free breakfast. Growth Areas: Although a newer property, needs some updates: lights in hallways were flashing and only one remote for two tvs. Our biggest concern was we chose the room because there were going to be 6 of us and the mattress in the sofa sleeper was completely unusable. I am not sure it was 3 inches thick with springs poking through in some places. Would stay again, but overpriced with one of the beds being completely unusable. My mom squeezed onto the couch to sleep, rather than the sofa mattress.

Proximity to a river walk trail was the property’s strength. Front desk and breakfast staff were very courteous and attentive. The hotel is understaffed in housekeeping. Checking in for a 3-night stay, we were asked whether we preferred our room be refreshed every other day or not at all. By the 3rd day of our stay, trash cans were overflowing, towels were on the floor but management refused to refresh our room. When I mentioned politely that we had elected an every other day refresh, the manager told me “ it didn’t matter what we were told.” They didn’t have the staff to clean our room. They were too busy turning the rooms for new guests and neglecting others.
