Unfortunately, I was attacked by bedbugs...disgusting! We changed hotels, of course it was too late! My left hand, right forearm, neck and legs were chewed up pretty good. This should never happen. I told Front Desk and the cleaning staff, the cleaning staff was shocked! Not sure why they were shocked, the rooms don't look that clean, it was room 202. Don't care if I'm in NY, LA, London or rural Texas...this is disgusting. Who can I sue?!

The following is the message that I sent to Management when asked about my stay: Thank you for asking. This is our first time staying at your hotel. If it wasn't for the cancelation policy, we would have canceled based on the current conditions. I understand that you are currently remodeling your hotel. However the basic accommodations of a clear and fresh room with working hot warm versus room temperature water was not what we received. This isn't indicative of the type of accommodations that I have received from Wyndham in past stays. It would be my suggestion that you have skilled workers repairing things around the clock to get the work completed as soon as possible. In this current condition, we will never come back to visit. Also the Front Desk personnel is not friendly in greeting of Customers when entering the property. This is not a Wyndham standard of practice. Good luck

Now this is not a 5 star hotel by any means, but if you need a safe, quiet, no bug hotel, this is the place. The beds are nice, clean and soft. They have friendly staff and clean bathroom and towels. Rooms are nice and clean. Everyone that we came in contact with was very professional and friendly.

First had an issue with check-in. Hotels .com had cancelled my reservation and stated unable to make a new reservation unexplained. I had called to make a change for one night instead of two. Instead the entore reservation was canceled. Being at the hotel and tired I obtained a room on my own. NO POINTS were earned. Checked into an uncleaned room. Reassigned a roomwith a very uncomfortable bed.. Exterior was trashy with construction materials. All ice machines were out of order with signes. Nothing was going right after an hour there, being exausted I went to sleep, rested and got up and checked out. I am 79 yrs old and had a upstairs room. What a nightmare.
