"This is our place of choice when visiting family in Valparaiso. Always pleasant staff. Bria is always a ray of sunshine. A few of the rooms need some major overhauls, example - rug replacement, tile grout fixed, curtain hung correctly, but overall a very clean and pleasant place to stay. Breakfast is typical free breakfast food."

"The lady when I checked in was nice and polite. Room was clean. Breakfast was what you expected for a budget hotel. Waffles, cereal, prepackaged danishes. The danishes were moldy. Both packs that I opened. The pitcher for the milk looked like it needed to be cleaned yesterday. Tv did not work. When I tried to say something about breakfast, the front desk stayed unmanned. If you're just passing through, it's not a bad spot. "

"Spacious, comfortable rooms. But two big dings for a hotel that cost this much: really low-grade, rough toilet paper and Coffee Mate rather than real 1/2 and 1/2 at the coffee bar. Got to get the details right. "

"ECONOMY-type breakfast. (Cereal). Walk-in shower floor was EXTREMELY slippery. ALso had NO handrails in it. I had to be very careful when moving around in it. I mentioned it to the front desk person, and asked if anyone previously had mentioned anything about it. They replied NO. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Otherwise everything was ok. "
