"The hotel was conveniently located near the Surabaya Airport and Immigration office, but it only provided a shuttle from and to the airport despite the immigration office being close. If you don't get a King bed room, then you will be stuck in very tiny and uncomfortable twin beds. Additionally, the condition of the hotel is not the best. "We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Alamanda. The staff were so friendly and looked after us well. Nothing was ever a bother and they really made our trip special. The included breakfasts were yummy with fruit, toast, cereal, yoghurt, juice, tea/coffee and the choice of cooked options prepared for you (eggs, pancakes, omelettes etc.).
