"Stayed in the studio on the first floor. It’s incredibly cute with a decent air conditioner, mini fridge, cook top, and large TV with streaming apps. The apartment is only a five minute walk to a wine bar, small grocer, and a small area where a lot of people were swimming and lying out, and where you can take a boat to the island for 20Euro. "We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

"Breakfast was amazing and the view was even better."

"The staff, especially the front desk and restaurant staff, were uniformly excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, with the usual buffet and omelettes available. Parking in their underground garage was very convenient given the 95° heat. I would say there were two negative things. First, heavy construction is going on in the hotel. There is lots of noise between 9 and 5 PM. That is not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com website or anywhere else, and it should be. People who are sensitive to that noise would find it probably unbearable during the day. At night, the room was very quiet. Also, there was no coffee in the room or tea, They did provide a free cup of coffee if you signed into Google and gave them a review. That is a ridiculous requirement for a free cup of coffee. Other than that, I enjoyed my visit on a quick trip and back to Vienna and would stay there again."

"We chose a room with a lake view, which was spectacular and well worth it. The room was kept clean with plenty of clean towels available every day. The staff at reception and the bar area were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a great location, right on the promenade in front of the lake, and within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. There was only 1 restaurant, which was a buffet for breakfast and dinner, and the quality and variety of the dishes was not great. If you arrived halfway through the dinner service, some of the dishes had already finished and were not being replaced. I would only go B&B here if I ever went back."

"The guy on reception (So sorry I don't remember his name) was great, a really nice man. So friendly on arrival, really helpful, gave us a map and wrote on it directions and some great recommendations for walking routes and eating and offered us recommendations for breakfast. Hotel was great location for the lake and rooms were clean and tidy, slept great and would definitely recommend."
