"Limpio, acogedor, excelente iluminación, desayuno fresco y con buen sabor, personal atento, amable y disponible a ayudar, se siente paz, ideal para descansar, vimos la lavandería y el gimnasio que no los usamos, pero nos parecieron excelentes y seguros aunque no vimos cámaras de seguridad. El área del coffee bar nos encantó. Todo lo que necesitamos nos quedaba cerca, salíamos a hacer compras e incluso comer cerca. Lo único que lamentamos es que no hay elevadores, el horario de apertura de la piscina porque no pudimos disfrutarla el día de salida porque teníamos poco tiempo para disfrutarla (pensamos estar desde las 8am hasta 11am y recoger para check out a 12pm) y que el piso del baño tenía manchas que requieren atención profesional porque están impregnadas, no es sucio (aunque parece sucio y da mala impresión). En general, lo recomiendo 200%. La oferta de Expedía fue fabulosa!"

"The room was spacious and in the top floor. The room had also a spacious balcony with a view of the mountains and other sites. It was initially clean, but after a few days, they were not vacuuming and not cleaning the surfaces. halfway through my stay, I had to request for cups to be replenished. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel had a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It also had a lounge for drinks."

"I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel in general, the only thing I didn't like was that the TV in the next room woke us up at 4:00 in the morning and when I went to call the front desk the phone in the room didn't work so I had to do it from my phone and it took me longer."
