"My Thea’s ready when we arrived but my travelling companions room was not, in fact it was still occupied. Julianna was mortified and did everything she could to rectify the problem. All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too."

"Staff are neutral, breakfast is good. But they gave us wrong room. I booked a room with window, but they put us in the attic, no window, the roof is almost kissing the bed, room can use vacuum, the sink partially blocked. The elevator is only until 3rd floor, we have to carry our luggage to our floor. But to be fair I think they still working on improvements I guess. So over all it's just ok."
