"Its okay for one night. The stairs were chipping away and the rails was zip tied and wobbly.. Room was okay very outdated. Not sure of amenities besides breakfast because wasnt told anything at check in other than the pool was closed tor renovations. Never very quiet you can hear alot. "
"The room was clean and the beds was comfy. The staff was nice and very easy to
Check in. The price was good and a perfect place to stay for the nascar race in Bristol. "
"I arrived and it took me saying excuse me a few times before I received anyone’s attention. Upon checking into my room, the walls and door had scratch marks all over them. The mattress was covered in stains and the floors didn’t look like they were clean. There was a spot behind the bed where something had been spilled. In the bathroom there was a he in the ceiling. I changed for the event I was staying in Kingsport for that evening and went to the front desk to tell them the room was unsatisfactory and that I wouldn’t be staying. I said the room was not clean and the receptionist took the card and said sorry. There were no efforts to change rooms or see how they could make the situation correct. For over $250 for a room, I expected much more and expected to be compensated for not staying. "
"Decently clean, but could definitely be better. But these companies(especially when owned by specific people) want to understaff to keep their profit margins high. On night 2 of my stay, no wash cloths were available. An inconvenience, but not surprising. The toilets(in rooms & lobby areas) take 3 to 5 business days to flush. I’m guessing some low flush feature to save money. That’s gross & ridiculous. The staff was great at the front desk!"
"The hotel room was clean though visibly old. Beds were comfy and mattresses seemed firm and new. Breakfast was minimal with danishes, cereal, or waffles and juice. Overall the value was good. "

"We stayed here, after the NASCAR Truck race, at Bristol. It is a dog-friendly hotel, which I appreciate. I saw a few canine friends during check-in. My wife found a pair of socks, under the bed, when we first walked in (a quick look around by the staff would help). The room and bathroom were spacious, to me, but feel the price point was too high. I stayed here because of previous reviews."
