Great place; spacious apartment for an affordable price. I was with 4 people including myself and we got an apartment with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. There’s a cafe downstairs where you can buy drinks. Theres also a play room for kids. The staff are nice. Only 15-30 minutes drive from everything in Jeddah. 10 mins from the airport. Would recommend

The plan was to catch an early morning flight to London, which is why we stayed for one night. Upon arrival, the lady at the reception treated me very badly. She asked for my passport, which I provided, and then asked for my visa. Fortunately, I had a printed copy and showed it to her. She kept checking the documents for a long time and took almost half an hour to complete the check-in. Her behavior felt unprofessional and discriminatory. Apart from this experience, the hotel itself was brilliant—clean and comfortable. The other staff members were helpful and even arranged a taxi for us. The rooms are nice and offer good value for money. The location is excellent.

I with family have stayed for 2 weeks. The standard of the hotel is quite good. The swiming pool is clean. Room cleaning you have to ask every time, they dont have routine. The kitchen facilities are not as required and the oven didnt work.
