The property was neat and clean on arrival. All the items that we needed for our 7 nights stay were at the site - as committed. The grocery store on the ground floor added an additional layer of convenience. Several quick service restaurants are just around the corner - literally a 5 minute walk away. Would I choose them when I return to Jeddah - ABSOLUTLEY YES.

Check in was a nightmare, no instruction, no reception, had to wait 1 hour to get help to be able to get in, not fun after travelling for 30 hours to get here. Once I was in, the experience was great

Worts check in experience ever

The check in process was a nightmare, nobody at the propert, no reception, no instructions sent, phone number wouldn’t connect, no English language spoken on site until a housekeeping person came but still a challenge to get in, had to wait nearly an hour outside in the Saudi heat whilst we worked things out
