The kitchen had 1 fork 1 spoon 2 knifes a family of 5 cant eat with that. The pull out bed was terrible. To use bed you had to unfold the bed there was no mattress to it. Had wood frame throught the middle it was like sleeping on ground.They served breakfast everyday it was ok but staff in kitchen area was very RUDE. I had called hotel before booking to ask was pool open and was waffles part of breakfast and was told yes to both. Pool was not open and waffle batter was never brought out. When asked about waffles staff always had excuses for why it wasn't available. "
