"Leading up to the trip communication was amazing. I thought the staff at the desk was pleasant & helpful. And the hotel is beautiful & clean. Our only complaint was the shuttle. We followed the information provided for using it & were told upon arrival at the airport that we would need to wait as the driver had to leave due to “a pilot pick up”. We didn’t understand but at that point we waited an additional 45 minutes to get transportation back to the hotel. At the end of our stay we checked at the desk & again at the transportation station to assure our return to the airport would be on time. We planned for additional time to be able to allow for any delays & checked in at the transportation station at 1:45pm for the 2:05pm shuttle- after numerous conversations with staff & waiting for “the pilots” we were told “the pilots are the priority.” We finally left for the airport at 2:45 but had to go to UPS first. We made our flight but it took a hussle to do so. While we understand business & partnerships- maybe it would be better to not provide an hourly scheduled shuttle service. We booked specifically because this hotel offered that amenity. If it’s not available, just don’t offer it to customers. And you certainly shouldn’t tell your customers that they are not your priority."

"Great location in downtown Louisville. Close to Whiskey Row and many restaurants. We did not have a car so did not use parking. Breakfast was fine for a free hotel breakfast. Had a light bulb that was out and they promote put a new one in. Room size was great."
