"The hotel was modern, spacious, clean with a friendly ambience. The only negatives were that a couple of lamps didn't work and that the key cards stopped working a couple of times. We had a family room (2 separate spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms and our own mini hallway) - it would be nice if we had a doorstop for both rooms not just the one. We kept one door ajar with a towel to avoid locking ourselves out. We enjoyed watching the airport next door in action. Breakfast was very nice but I wouldn't recommend it for dinner (plenty of other options close by) It was very easy to get there from the motorway with plenty of parking "

"Hotel advised there was a restaurant but there hasn't been since covid! I prepaid for the room and then upon check out was asked to pay again. I advised I had already paid and was told I couldn't leave until I paid. They then realised I had already paid and now want my bank details to get a refund. Why can't they just refund the card? "
