"Some of the front staff were very rude and not helpful at all. The room was clean, but trash bags were not placed in garbage cans and the safe beeped non-stop. The extra cost buffet was average. I would not spend money on that again. The power was off and on, which was not in their control, but the front desk staff could have been more forthcoming with information. "Reserved 1 bed, 1 bath but got 2 bed with extra half bath. We have stayed at the Villas by the Sea several times in different rooms. As always, the complex is beautiful and well maintained and staff is friendly. The condo itself was nicely decorated and you could see the ocean from the upper balcony and master. "

"We did in fact have a view of the ocean, but it was back in onw corner, so we saw plenty of the hotel building at the same time. The room was smaller than I was expecting but comfortable enough. It was nice to have a room fairly close to the elevator. "
