Bad attitude from the front counter, No have any room for us although we’ve made the room reservations. In their system showed cancelled booking, but in our itinerary don’t have any cancellation email was received. Irresponsible attitude handling all the issues, not even a sorry.

Great Hotel
Everything is fine. Room is clean, staff is friendly. I checked in around 9pm, the staff gave me a warm welcome. especially the staff help to resolve the tax invoice problem they able to solve my problem in 30 min. Just has a problem with Expedia due to the tax invoice printed is not the same as the price I paid in Expedia. This should not be a problem for a non-business trip because they no need to claim the hotel fee.

Good for value hotel but not very comfy.
+ clean + outside got coffee shops that sell food - room with view (window too high at ground level so cannot see outside; the other room booked on 2nd floor is too close to nearby building) - breakfast only white bread and jam - too cramped the place

Strategic place of hotel .. Lot of chosen of shop
Lot of various shop and good condition of hotel. Strategic place, near with Putrajaya. So that, no rushing when you want to find a beautiful and near place to shopping or movies.
