Great hotel near a lovely beach

Great stay and lovely beach near the hotel! However, our entire family of 4 got sick during the stay. Assuming it had to do with the food. We had both breakfast and dinner included. Comfortable but after 4 days we were a bit ‘bored’ with the food. However, very friendly staff that I would rate 11/10 if possible…

As comodidades, a equipe, a limpeza e o café da manhã o bar da praia são muito bons. A única coisa que achei muito ruim foi a política de cobrança para o consumo de bebidas na área da piscina que não sejam compradas no hotel. Considero um absurdo cobrar uma taxa de R$ 15,00 até mesmo por uma garrafa de água adquirida fora do hotel. Além disso, em Jequiá da Praia, as opções se resumem praticamente às acomodações do hotel, à alimentação noturna e ao dia no complexo da Praia de Dunas de Marapé. Por isso, essa cobrança acaba sendo ainda mais inconveniente para os hóspedes.

Primeira vez na cidade , no hotel e foi de uma experiência maravilhosa. Desde a equipe da recepção a equipe da cozinha, todos prestativos, educado. A comida era excelente super saborosa, os quartos aconchegante, a parte da piscina tudo maravilhoso em breve voltaremos com nossos filhos .

Foi desagradável porque contratamos uma meia pensão e quando chegamos no hotel ele não nos forneceu o jantar, dizendo que não contratamos. Além disso a refeição estava ruim, com areia na salada e não servida da maneira do cardápio. Os funcionários não são treinados e o gerente é péssimo. Não voltaremos mais, nem indicaremos.

A ÚNICA COISA QUE NÃO GOSTEI FOI A MÚSICA ALTA NA ÁREA DO RESTAURANTE, BAR E PISCINA, POIS GOSTO DE UMA EXPERIÊNCIA com menos barulho. NÃO GOSTO de fazer refeições com música alta, e para piorar o repetório não é dos melhores, parace pagode. Um local tão lindo não precisa disso, gosto de milagres porque as pousada não colocam música, poi o silêncio é luxo e nobre.

A estadia foi boa, mas fiquem atentos a hospedagem as terças, pois o complexo fica fechado. A cidadezinha não oferece nada, nem alimentação e bem qualquer diversão. A piscina do hotel é bem rasa, uns 80 cm de profundidade e fria, poderiam ao menos aquece-la. Realmente, neste lugar a noite é muito ruim. O hotel é bonito, confortável e excelente café da manhã.

O hotel é excelente, pensado em aproveitar o lugar, um verdadeiro paraíso. Apenas como uma sugestão de melhoria, o atendimento nos restaurantes em geral poderiam ser mais organizados. Eram muitos demorados pra atender e trazer os pedidos, falta de materia prima basica, nao tinha limão pra uma caipira, como exemplo.

Foram dias maravilhosos, o hotel bem novo e com equipe excelente de atendimento, as refeições de ótima qualidade e toda infraestrutura do complexo boa, não da nem vontade de deslocar do hotel para ir em outras praias mais distantes.
