Ok stay - great location
Great location close to the Roman City. We missed it when booking, but this is a shared bathroom accommodation (with only one toilet and shower available for all guests). The room/bed itself was very comfortable, although the blinds were very thin and did not block any light out from the street (and there was a bit of traffic going passed throughout the night).

Dear guest, We are very sorry for the inconvenience. In the description you can find all the details also about the shared bathrooms, And we also have private rooms with private bathroom. The shared bathroom it's only shared with one room on the upper floor or 2 rooms on the ground floor so you will share it with 2-4 guests maximum. Thanks for you understanding

Unfortunately, the rating system only goes up to excellent. The hotel and the boys, Mohammad and Ibrahim, are exceptional! I felt as though I was catching up with old friends from a distant land rather than a stranger in an unfamiliar environment. Ibrahim and Mohammad are exemplary humans and love what they do! Their passion for their community and their business shines through the way The Ruins Hotel/Hostel is wonderfully run. The hotel is perfectly positioned on the northern side of the old ruins giving you a spectacular view of both the old city and the new. There is a welcoming peaceful feeling throughout the whole building. The bedrooms, communal areas and bathrooms are all exceptionally clean and very well looked after. Without trying, the boys provided me with an unforgettable stay in Jerash, so much so that I stayed an extra two days which was not planned (I didn’t want to leave). Stay here. You will remember it forever!! Thanks lads.

Bad experience
Arrived around midnight - nobody there and no information beforehand about the check-in procedure. Couldn't reach anybody via phone and had to look for another place to sleep in the middle of the night.

Très bon choix dans Jerash
Auberge de jeunesse très bien située. Chambre propre ; personnel très courtois et arrangeant avec les clients. Literie d excellente qualité. La salle de bain commune est souvent nettoyee. Présence d une cuisine commune. Demandez une chambre calme si le bruit des voitures est gênant pour vous la nuit.
