Amazing experience

Absolutely wonderful experience. It is a stunning beautiful house, with every comfort you could desire, located in the most natural and peaceful surroundings imaginable. The staff is super super friendly and the food is great. Highly recommended for a perfect couples trip.

Ya he visitado este hotel varias veces y es genial. Pero al parecer la administracion cambio y hay algunos cambios que afecta la experiencia… Tipo de musica salsa como ambientacion por ejemplo, los cocteles no tienen la presentacion y “receta” que corresponde a un coctel tipico en cualquier lado… Son pequeños aspectos que ojala no descuiden para mantener el nivel de experiencia excelente de este hotel

Mal momento

Bonito el hotel, pero mal servicio, pasamos un momento muy desagradable ya que desde la mañana iniciaron un trabajo cerca a la piscina, con un ruido muy fuerte y generando polvo, nos quejamos y pararon el arreglo pero antes de la una prácticamente nos sacaron del hotel, dijimos que íbamos a almorzar en el sitio a lo que nos respondieron de forma grosera que si nos quedábamos ellos de todas formas continuarían haciendo el arreglo en la piscina. El día antes llegamos antes de las 3, algo normal que pasa en todos los hoteles, nos dijeron que nos recibían las maletas pero que no podíamos ingresar por que había mucha gente. Nos toco irnos a sentar al parque donde todo estaba cerrado aguantando bastante calor. Creo que no es el tipo de atención que uno espera en un lugar de esa categoría para hacer arreglos locativos deberían o cerrar el hotel y no aceptar reservas.
