"A beautiful property high above Sedona with lovely garden and views of the town. Precheck online and check out was easy. Professional staff. The hotel is close to the airport, which had more than usual helicopter traffic. Parking is behind the building of 4 units each. The reason I rated my stay as Four Star is because the uncarpeted floor of the room didn't seem to have been vacuumed or mopped. My bare feet had all kinds of little pebbly things sticking to them. The shower was great, the bed soft and pillows lumpy. The Keurig coffee machine didn't work. Bummer. Right under my windows were two chairs to enjoy the grassy area in front of the units. Unfortunately most of the evening peace until near midnight was destroyed by the screaming and hollering of two little boys belonging to the family in the unit next to mine. The rooms inside are fairly well noise insulated. Outside not so. There was constant door slamming, yelling and whining in front of my window, and a continual effort by one of the boys trying to peek into my room after climbing on top of a chair to get a better view past the blinds that did not reach all the way to the window sill or totally close. A mother myself, I simply let him know that it was not a polite thing to do. His mother became upset with me. Not wanting a quarrel, I closed my door but wondered about people who do not teach their children proper behavior or control them. I did not report it to management."
