"No water and service in the room"

"Room was great for what we needed for one night. More than one night I don’t know. The room was clean and tidy, bathroom was great. Bed was extremely comfortable and pillows were top tier. Only complaint is the room had a funky smell. Stronger in the bathroom. To me like someone smoked in the bathroom and it still lingers. Overall if I have to be back I will."

"Since the day we went the elevators had problems they would either take too long to come or was not working at all and there wasn’t even a sign posted of either the elevators were out of service or any work is going on. We had room up on 8th floor and it was a trouble finding out that you have to use stairs."
