"Room was nice. There is a restaurant with a bar on site, higher priced. Food was good, we had dinner there 1 evening. You need to buy a parking permit, it's $35 a day, I was under the impression parking was free so that was a surprise. Many options for breakfast/dinner within walking distance, which was nice."

"Again it was horrible 1st and last time there! They will not issue a refund. I had to checkout right away because my room was not cleaned at all! Bed was not made, pillow was not dressed. It was horrible. The state of the room was sick. Water damage everywhere. I’m sure there’s mold. Kitchen yuck! "

"What a great stay, from check in to check out. The staff was beyond helpful, so friendly, so kind. The rooms are brand new and spotless. The beds are beyond comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The room was spacious but the train outside keep us up too early in morning. The staff was ok with the exception of getting a car service to a place only 10 minutes away which cost us $51 when the return using LYFT cost only $19.97. The first trip was in a yellow cab and the front desk should have told us about the cost difference between a cab and LYFT. The breakfast was the best part. Good food and fresh. Overall good but do not use yellow cabs unless you want to get charged almost triple the amount to travel close to the hotel."

"The Pros: Friendly staff, good location and somewhat affordable. Situated across the street from the 320 bus stop (takes you to NYC's Port Authority Bus Terminal in less than 25 minutes) The Cons: Place is not well maintained, Old and run down. Needs major overhaul. Sofa bed was unusable, broken and dirty. We're a family traveling with 3 kids, a sofa bed was a must."
