Last night when I was doing the check in, I asked the front desk woman that I had noticed some baby roaches on the bed. I was suggesting to send someone to room 212 ( which I had previously) and all of the sudden she got mad and started to tell me that if I had seen such issue I should not decided to comeback. That it was cheap but if I had complains about the roaches, that I should had stayed at a different hotel. This morning I was going to find who the manager was but I saw her and decided to write to you and hope you reach the management. Really a bad attitude when I was just letting them know without asking for reimbursement or anything. I understand business maybe slow but it is the first time I get such a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE when I was just trying to let them know about it. I had noticed that I had some rash on the side of my head but even then I did not try to make a big fuss about it. Honestly, it was just this woman that almost kick me out. They can review the cameras. It was a bit past 08:00 PM on 04/25/2024. NEVER HAD BEEN TRHEATED LIKE THAT BEFORE.

Checkin was easy and quick. Women at the desk was very helpful to try and remedy a situation we had. Room was spacious and temperature was easily controled. Large flat screen tv was easy to operate. Not a big issue, but ice and vending machines on 1st floor were available. While we did not have a handicap accessable room, ramps and elevator are there for easy entrance to the office and upper floors. FYI you can only access this hotel from one side of the highway as we found out by using the street address, we had to get off at the next exit which was not far and make a big (2 short traffic lights) u-turn.

Vieux, mais confortable et propre !
Si vous cherchez un 5 etoiles , ce n est pas la bonne place. C est vieux, défraîchi et l'autoroute rends l'endroit bruyant. Par contre ca fait 10 ans que nous allons à cet endroit, les lits sont confortables , c est propres même si c est vieux, et l'autobus pour New-York est à coté. Pour avoir voyagé partout dans le monde, cet hotel est loin d'être médiocre comme certains commentaires le disent, mais ont est loin du 5 étoiles aussi. Si vous rechercher un endroit confortable et propre à moindre coût, seulement pour vous laver et dormir, c est parfait !

Nice that it was close to the Lincoln tunnel & American Dream mall right off the highway but the lady receptionist was not very friendly, bathtub was pretty dirty, beds were springy and the overall look of the lobby and hallways were pretty poor. Okay for the price - had a microwave, fridge & free wifi & parking

The hotel room had mold every where. Bathroom, closet, windows, by the mini fridge, on the A/C, literally everywhere. Wall paper was falling off of the walls. The pillows on the bed were useless, they were super thin. Not to mention the bed was super uncomfortable. The floor you could feel soft spots in/where they re-carpeted over old flooring. Our curtains had rips in them that cooked like a cat got a hole of them. The chair in the room looked like it blood stains or some sort of darker stains on it. (literally put it out in the hall so I didn’t have to look at it)

Overall experience was good. Building is a bit outdated but in terms of convenience and service its a great option. Elevator did smell like smoke/cigs. Honestly it was a good price and there is bus near the hotel that goes directly to New York. Honestly would stay here again.

Photos are deceiving
The pictures were very deceiving. This place was clean but not updated as stated and shown. There was not a breakfast as advertised. We rented 2 rooms. One of the rooms did not have a safety latch and the other had issues with the heating system. The team came quickly when alerted to the heat problem. The location was great for going to the football game and the American Dream Mall.

Wanted to keep an open mind as we did book a cheaper hotel room. None of The staff were friendly nor helpful. We had to change rooms because the fridge and front door were broken. The front door wouldn’t close properly so we couldn’t lock it . We got our second room and that front door wouldn’t locked because the door wouldn’t close properly so we had to only use the padlock. Also there is no hot water for the shower in either room. They must have fixed it so you can only get Luke warm water. You are better off paying the extra few dollars and staying else where.

You get what you pay for. Close to the city with about a 25 minute bus ride to Port Authority. Uncomfortable beds and clumpy pillows. We asked for more pillows but they only had one extra and it had yellow stains. If you're looking for a place over your head and nothing more than this does the job.

The owners are beyond rude! The lady owner literally told me “I don’t want to speak” when I asked how she was because she was sooo rude!! Very unwelcoming! They make you feel unwanted. Disturbing. There was holes in my room. Dusty carpets!! Light fixtures falling off. Beds filthy

Was ok. Nothing special. No lobby, no breakfast. Room was spacious. Bed was on hard side but I like my mattress hard. Staff was helpful. Be careful google map lands you in the back of the property with no access.

I was given a dirty room… with a dirty sock on the floor, someone’s phone charger plugged in behind the bedside table, and an empty shampoo bottle on the bathroom floor. The bathroom ceiling leaked, and there were broken handles on the dresser.

Full of bugs in the room. Absolutely Horrible. Dirty. Full of awful smells. Tried to eat in the room but you can’t leave no food in the table (not even the time to prepare the food) because it will fill with all type of bugs. It’s a 3rd world country hotel in NY, USA. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. The area is not safe in the dark.

They didn’t let us checking in even though I had the receipt and confirmation number, saying that we had no reservation. The lady at the front desk was so unprofessional and disrespectful. I’d give 0 stars if I could. We were left in the middle of nowhere with no Hotel at 11pm. Terrible experience.
