As soon as we got in the room, the sofa bed was full of hair and very dirty with particles of food and stains also when I pulled out the sofa bed was super dirty… very messy
Also the room was very dusty everywhere…
The door handle was very sticky and dirty

The proximity to The American Dream Mall is perfect. The rooms are a nice size and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

This hotel is perfect if you are considering a trip to the American Dream mall or theme parks, just a 3-minute drive away. The hotel was wonderful, exceptionally clean, with beautifully appointed rooms, and the breakfast was delicious. We are definitely planning to return.

Good stay. Ran out of toilet paper in middle of night. Not enough towels left in room. Overall stay was great!

The rooms are clean, updated and spacious. The kids loved the pool and i loved the gym & bed after. I also loved that it was close to everything. Will definitely come back again.

They did have a lot of teenagers in the hotel who were very loud at night outside of that it was a nice stay.

Our bathroom door was very stiff and very difficult to open or close.
There was also not toiletries like toothpaste, lotion and shower cap available

overall this property was very nice! The only suggestion would be offer more of a selection for the warm portion of breakfast. Not everyone eats pork and or beef.

Everything was good about this stay. I would only say the 2 negative things maybe 3 negative things that I did not like.....Is the water pressure was not strong. The pool was small and closed at 7... but I guess because it's by American dream water park they might expect you to go there instead of the pool. And then the other part that I did not like was the breakfast times closed too early (9). But other than that it was good. Great location for American Dream....i will however suggest you take ubers/lyfts everywhere. Saves you the hastle and time.

Comfortable place to stay at while visiting American dream! Very clean and spacious area. Although, pool is small and wasn’t very sanitary but over all loved the room and staff was able to make accommodations for our family to stay!

Request to clean my room multiple time but the room look the same when we come back. I was booked two bed room but give me one bed when i check in, and give me handicap room, i was request to change different room but still give me another handicap room.
