"The hotel’s location is excellent, but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Aside from a few members of the cleaning staff and one or two front desk employees, our presence was met with indifference. We were traveling with a service dog and found ourselves repeatedly having to justify his presence nearly every time we entered the hotel, which became both frustrating and uncomfortable.
Communication was also a major issue. Calling the front desk from our room was virtually impossible, as no one ever answered. On multiple occasions, I had to go downstairs in person, only to find several staff members behind the desk with no guests waiting in line.
While the location is a definite advantage, the level of service does not justify the price. For a similar cost, I would recommend staying in Manhattan, where you can find much better customer service and hospitality."
