"Although many rooms were being repaired, it looked like they were removing carpet and putting new flooring in a little bit noisy. But given that it will update the rules, it was not an inconvenience and shows that they care about Keeping the hotel updated and clean"
"The whole hotel smelled of patchouli oil. There was a long hair in the sheets when I pulled down the bedding the toilet ball seat had burn marks in it. There were no amenities to comment on the furniture was bare-bones. It looked like the tub had been updated by slapping up some new tile and poorly redoing the grout. The man at the front desk was very nice. That is the only good thing I have to say. I would not stay here again."
"Front desk employees were the rudest people I have ever encountered at the hotel both the individuals working at different times the morning guy wanted to fight my husband because he left his shirt in the car and guy told him to put it on and had to go back to the room to get the car key to get his shirt out of the car and the employee chased him down and got in his face threatening him told him he needed to leave the property. The pool was completely out of order but never stated that on the website just a horribly stay in general breakfast was horrible no coffee whole area completely trashed"
"My son & I stayed here for 1 night. Upon checking in, we were notified that the cable tv was currently out but hopeful it’d be back soon. On the ride up to our room we spoke to a couple who stated the cable has been out for days so that set the mood for our disappointment right there. Open the door to our room and I can just say it’s well past its prime. We were afraid to take our shoes off and walk across the floor! No remote for the TV but since the cable was out, guess we didn’t need one. Decided to take a shower since we’d been traveling all day—no hot water, it was warm at best, and there was no shampoo. Morning couldn’t come fast enough for us. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, keep looking. Only positive thing is the AC worked great."
