"This is a gem of a place to stay, very calming and relaxing. The staff was so friendly as well. We know we’ll be back in the area to visit family soon and we plan to stay here again. "

"Good bed, very quiet, and ability to check in late were positives. The check in with the lock code was a faff, including the need to ask for the code. The lack of breakfast was a major minus, the snack bar did not cut it really. There was also a strange man standing around and hover over my daughter when we were leaving, it really hit home the lack of staff. With the tired rooms, the place felt like a hostel more than anything, and I was glad to move on."

"This is a fabulous hotel in Holbæk. It's in a great location overlooking the fjord, a short walk to central Holbaek. Great rooms, great breakfast."

"We enjoyed our time in Dragsholm slot! For older peoples it is quite difficult to come to the castle by feet, parking place is far and also the breakfast room. Breakfast was wonderful ! "

"We usually rate a bathroom on the number of safety bars available. Although it seems to be a very new hotel, it could use some bars as there were none. Check-in was interesting and thankfully we had read our email before we arrived. Comfortable beds."

First of all the blinds didnt go all the way down leaving bright sunlight streaming directly onto the bed. The bathroom was awful after a shower, just like a skating rink. "Automated check-in system, which can be a bit impersonal for guests used to more traditional systems. However, the staff were great and very keen to help. For the price paid, I felt a little short-changed. The bedroom and bathroom really need an update although the bed was comfortable and I slept well. The evening meal buffet was basic but tasty and quite good value for around £23. Breakfast was also basic but adequate and included in the price. Internet speed was great. The location was quiet and in the countryside and suited my purposes well. The big plus was the staff! "
