Prima Royale is in a fantastic location and hotel staff are very helpful when it comes to directions and suggestions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is the added bonus of a rooftop patio -- available until 11:00 pm.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The breakfasts are superb, The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were always genuinely friendly and helpful.. We had a couple of special requests and the hotel always went out of its way every time to accommodate us. Highly recommended!.

The staff was VERY helpful! We were disappointed that there was no breakfast, but we understood that it was because of the war and fewer guests. For at least one night, we were the only ones! Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately. Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent.

Good location - we walked less than 20 minutes to the old city and 30 to machane Yehuda. There is a lovely rooftop patio and easy parking made it very convenient.
