Terrible food (full board Fri-Sat). My public high-school cafeteria was tastier by far. In many ways the Inbal is like a 2-star operation taking over a 5-star establishment. If you stay here, eat elsewhere (and bring your own reading light for the room).

Excellent location, friendly staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Easy walk to the Kotel and Ben Yahuda Street. Very pleasant ambiance. I will stay here every time I come to Jerusalem.

It is a well situated property with superb staff at all levels with spacious comfortable rooms, and great mix of restaurants. I enjoyed my stay at the Inbal. It was a great location, quiet room, good size, and an amazing breakfast that kept me filled for hours. I was there with my future daughter in law and we shared a room! the room was big enough and well designed enough for us to be comfortable for 4 nights!

We stay at the Inbal every year. Wonderful accommodations, fabulous breakfast buffet, excellent staff and great location. Looking forward to our next stay at the Inbal. The updated rooms are bright, clean and well appointed. Bedding is extremely comfortable as well.
