"Check was originally at 4pm and they didn’t accommodate until 5pm. Very disorganized at the buffet, long lines and reservations didn’t help. I would never recommend this hotel to any of my family."

"If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. The room was disgusting and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There were cockroaches crawling around, which was absolutely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable the entire stay. To make matters worse, there were no towels available, no real lobby area, and no management on-site to speak with when problems arose. We repeatedly tried to get assistance, but there was nobody available to take responsibility or address our concerns. The lack of cleanliness, basic amenities, and customer service was shocking. A hotel should provide a safe, clean place to stay, and this property failed in every possible way. Save your money, avoid the stress, and stay somewhere else. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone."

"The room is old and the bed was uncomfortable pillow sizes like children pillows, I woke up the next morning with a neck pain, didn’t get any rest, the slots are tight I lose $2,428.00 , the food very expensive . Casino homeless begging for money I used to like Pala back in 2023-2024 totally went downhill. I’ll take my business elsewhere, better to drive a little farther to Palm Springs. Never again. I had to pay resort fee after all the money I spend , I asked if they can waive it they said “no” bye Pala you’ll n ver see me again."

"The worst place—if you have children, do not stay there; it is terrible. The room I was given was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned and had cockroaches and spiders. The bathroom was full of mold—on the curtains, the ceiling, and the shower. The blankets were all stained, and there was a terrible odor. I do not recommend it at all; it is disgusting!!!!!!!"
