Location is good, just on the beach. Sun umbrellas and sun beds are charged on the beach and also by the hotel swimming pool. There was a kids pool which we liked as we traveled with two children. Breakfast was tasty and good. If you plan to go to Caribe Bay, buy a ticket at the reception, it is 10 eur cheaper per person. Wifi was not working during our stay. We stayed in the room 36 and the router did not reach there so wifi was not working. I was very disappointed with the lunch I ordered in the hotel restaurant upon arrival. I ordered chicken schnitzel with fresh vegetables but the vegetables were already bad (tomatoes, cucumber and corn. Corn was from a tin with spoiled water - it had terrible taste). After mentioning it, the staff gave me fresh vegetables. The building needs some renovations. Except that, we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at this hotel 13 years ago and so we knew it was nice so decided to stay here again,however it has changed drastically. We have just spent a week here,hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly but the rooms are very basic,the whole hotel needs a refurb! It is very dated and looks tired and worn. However it is clean. Very disappointed to pay 6 euros each for a bed by the swimming pool and 20 euros for a beach lounger when 13 years ago this was free and I stayed in another hotel last year and this was also free! We didn’t expect this extra cost to our holiday. Why can’t the beds be free? They should be included in the price of the hotel like other hotels. Breakfast is nice,nice variety however the coffee is out of a machine and is disgusting. Overall,we had a lovely holiday however I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

Wir waren als Familie mit Kind in diesem Hotel und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Für unseren Kurztrip (3 Tage) war das Hotel eine gute Wahl. Lage ist einfach top – das Hotel liegt in erster Reihe direkt am Strand. Man musste nur am Pool vorbeigehen und war schon am Meer, was mit Kind besonders praktisch war. Der Pool war auch nett ,die Bar am Pool auch zum empfehlen für Kleinigkeiten zwischen durch. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und bot vieles an ,was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Das Personal war sehr gründlich und hilfsbereit Man merkt dem Hotel schon die Jahre an sieht trotzdem sehr nett aus ☺️die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war super . Wir hatten auch eine tolle aussieht aufs mehr , obwohl es keine direkte Meeresaussieht war haben wir die Aussieht genossen.

La vista anche se laterale si affaccia comunque sul mare. La struttura è a due passi dalla spiaggia e ha un accesso privato, anche il servizio spiaggia è stato buono. Il personale gentilissimo! Le camere erano di dimensioni giuste per la qualità/prezzo. Colazione standard. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Ziemlich alt und runtergekommen, aber sauber und sehr bemühte Personal. Einfaches Frühstück, frisch, jeden Tag dasselbe. Lage sehr gut, Pool war sauber und groß. Die Bar am Pool war gut, mit sehr freundliche Bedienung. Das Fitness Angebot ist sehr dürftig. Drei Geräte, zum Teil defekt. Preis Leistung ist okay.

Attenzione ladri

Quelli del reception sono gentili, ma il personale che parcheggia le macchine non tanto! Sicuramente tanti di voi come me lasciate delle monete in auto, Io come abitudine ho sempre lasciato una moneta di €1 in auto per il carrello della spesa, ma quando abbiamo ripreso l’auto non c’era piu! Avrò perso massimo 3-4€, ma questo gesto non mi piace
