"The best part of the stay is the location! Perfect spot right on the grande canal. Perfect walking spot. We were luckily upgraded and our room was very spacious and our windows opened to the canal. It was truly beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a little dated but worked out great. They also helped us with our transportation from the train station and to the airport. "
