"All in all perfect stay"

"Swimming pool is free, but spa is payed"

"We are traveling a lot and I can say that all the staff was very helpful and kindly answered our questions. The place is just gorgeous and food was very variable. We are so satisfied."

"Es war ein tolles Hotel . Wir waren mit Hund und selbst sie wurde freundlich begrüßt und mit einer Decke und Leckerchen verwöhnt "

"Comfort with great staff"

"Cosy, very kind and professional helpful staff, including the breakfest lady. When back in Vrchlabí, I am sure to stay here again."

"Great location, helpful staff nice clean room."

"Nice place. Great breakfast Will visit again later. "

"The hotel was renovated lately, however we chose the budget room with no fridge or the cattle in. Staff was great especially the bartenders. Food was good. Thank you for the good stay. "

"The breakfast is great. The staff is helpful. The location is very good. Unfortunately they are not so good at cleaning the rooms."

"Nice wellness"

"Nice location for hiking - trails right outside the hotel. Hotel is OK without being great. "

"All good, except for the dinner buffets. Very limited and only Czech food (that is far from my taste). Not to mention that the bar was closed and the wifi highly unstable. Other than that, it's okay, but quite far from everything."

"The check in and overall experience of this property was excellent. The location to ski slopes for children was perfect, and the food was fresh and delicious. I look forward to coming back very soon! And the craft beer is not be missed :-)"

"Rolige omgivelser og skønne omgivelser"

"In overall, the hotel is nice, the host is great and oding it's best to help and support the customers. The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel. Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity, wifi - very poor access. and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com. bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center."

"Property needs renovation , quite old furniture and amenities. Breakfast selection is very poor. Overall the stay was ok."

"very friendly service, comfortable rooms and beds, good restaurant"
