"Property and staff were great, very cute place. Only thing I would mention to future travelers is this isn’t walking distance to Jack Trice stadium (a google search showed it as 5 minutes). Also, if booking through Expedia, your contact isn’t shared so they can’t send you the codes needed to get into the doors. Luckily, Iowa house phones are manned and they promptly sent once I called them."

"Mercedes checked me in. She was AMAZING, very friendly and answered questions, explained where the room was, breakfast, WIFI. Room was very clean and I felt completely safe there. Parking was no hassle and it was very close to the ISU event center I needed to be at. Will definitely stay there again"

"As I wrote before in another review, there WERE NO DRINKING GLASSES OF ANY SORT IN THE ROOM, BUT A NICE BUCKET. When I went down to the desk to complain, the desk help pointed to the morning coffee machine were they had paper cups!! So I got a couple AND THEN THE NEXT DAY, the cleaning lady REMOVED ALL CUPS!! I called down to the desk furious and he brought up 2 paper cups. The TV system sucked, terrible programming."
