Special thanks to Nathan - assistant guest manager to send my passport to my room. I left my passport in the reception. About the bad experienced, when check in, 3 elevators are not functioning due to false fire alarm, but hotel handle it well and bring us to use the service lift to check in at 36th floor."

With subway station near by, it is very convenient for those who want to get around the city. I would stay there again if I ever visit Shanghai again."
