"When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "

"The hotel is an older building, nice and cozy. The best part is their customer service they go out of their way to help you. It was our first day in China and they were so kind to us and help us to get around and to use all the apps properly. The rooms had a nice shower and the rooms had everything you need."
