"The property is pretty new. No onsite gym. Has a good sized lounge on the first floor right next to the dining area. "When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "

"It is a residence style hotel and we got upgraded to the one bedroom suite which had a separate fully equipped kitchen (with a washer / dryer). Great location close to more than one subway station and walkable distance to Chunxi Road. It was the best hotel wifi we found (this was the 5th hotel we stayed in China). The breakfast had a lot of different options and everything tasted great. In short we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel. "

Each mender of the team that I have met was friendly, welcoming and no request was to difficult In particular want to mention the outstanding service offered by the Gold l lounge team Evelyn, June, Mia and Donna They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where met. "The hotel is right inside the airport. In terminal two. It is intended to be a stopping place when you have a long layover, not a place to reside for any long period of time. For example, there is no shower and the bathroom is literally down the hall in the terminal, not inside the hotel. You book by twelve hour periods. But if you have a long layover, it's a fabulous opportunity. I would absolutely stay there again."

"Great stay with Waldorf! It has a big mall beside that meets all basic food needs. Special mention to Miya, who often superb recommendation and check in with us regularly during our stay. Only downside is the location of the hotel which is slightly far out from downtown but it not an issue with didi easily available. "
