"The property is beautiful, Tomas is incredibly helpful and passionate, comfy bed, nice pools, yummy breakfast (bread/ jellies, coffee/tea, juice, fresh fruits, eggs) & close to beaches and Bioluminescent tour in secluded area so plenty of nature to enjoy. The entrance sidewalk is steep so wear hiking/tennis shoes not sandals/ heels, Tomas did offer to help us bring our bags up which was nice but just be aware it may not be accessible for everybody. There is no in room coffee maker (provided at breakfast) or television but great wifi so I was able to stream Disney on my device when I wanted & it allows you more time to enjoy nature, also the fridge in the room was pretty big and you can flush toilet paper down toilet and there was a clothes hanger on the porch which came in handy for our wet clothes, I did not see a safe in room, and it was helpful to have a 4x4 vehicle to get there. My only complaint is the AC didn't get quite cold enough (but that was a pretty common theme in CR with the humidity at the end of May), there was a fan in the room which helped and I was able to still sleep comfortably. Tomas did offer laundry service for $8 which was very helpful because we had a load of dirty/wet clothes- they washed, dried and had them folded in our room when we got back that evening. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend the property, amenities & staff!! Thank you Tomas for your hospitality."
